I began my career as a computational mathematician, using statistical modeling to analyze human behavior and drive strategic, data-backed decisions. Over time, I found my creative niche—helping organizations bridge the gap between technology and business. Today, I lead initiatives that combine analytics, design, and human insight to deliver meaningful, scalable change across global teams.

After earning my technical degree, I pursued a Graduate Research Assistantship in Quantitative Psychology at Georgia Tech, focusing on organizational development and user behavior. This path allowed me to deepen my understanding of how to apply data-driven methods to human-centered challenges—ultimately bridging my technical foundation with a passion for driving meaningful, user-informed change.

During my graduate studies, I had the opportunity to step into a consulting role where I applied my background in statistics, UX research, and systems thinking to real-world business challenges. Since then, I’ve led over 20 long-term client engagements—ranging from building end-to-end BI applications and streamlining ETL workflows to designing global enablement programs and facilitating education workshops that drive tool adoption and data literacy at scale.
